Privacy is very important to us at CLUBAC.COM, and we are providing this Privacy Policy to explain our protection of personal information about you and your children. By use of this site, you hereby agree to this Privacy Policy. The phrase "Personally Identifiable Information" in this policy shall refer to information or a combination of information that you or your children provide to us through the Internet that can be used to uniquely identify you or your children. CLUBAC.COM does not collect any Personally Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13 years old without the consent of their parent or guardian (with limited exceptions permitted by law, e.g., collecting limited information necessary to obtain parental consent). Additionally, CLUBAC.COM does not release any Personally Identifiable Information about any of its visitors to outside parties without permission (except as may be needed for the limited purpose of providing goods or services, or except in exceptional circumstances where this may be required by law or to protect legal rights). I. Collection and Use of Information by CLUBAC.COM.
A. Children Under 13 Years Old
CLUBAC.COM does not collect Personally Identifiable Information from children under 13 years old without parental consent, with the exception of limited information (e.g., child’s name, and parent’s name and e-mail address) that may be necessary to obtain consent, and the limited use of cookies to remember the child’s age in order to prevent unauthorized access by children under 13 years old, and other such limited exceptions allowed by law.
Upon receipt of appropriate parental consent, CLUBAC.COM may collect certain Personally Identifiable Information from children under 13 years old, such as name, address, e-mail, telephone number, gender, and date of birth, and may also use “cookies” for limited purposes such as tracking use of the site – see the “Cookies” section below.
CLUBAC.COM uses a Parental Consent Form to obtain permission from parents of children under 13 years old to allow their children to become members of CLUBAC.COM, to participate in chat rooms, bulletin boards, surveys, and other interactive features of the site, and for limited collection and use of information as set forth in this Privacy Policy and the Parental Consent Form. Upon completion and submission of the Parental Consent Form, parents are then required to provide credit card information to verify that they are adults.
Parents are under no obligation to provide consent for collection or use of information from their children; however, because personal information is involved, parental consent is required for children under 13 years of age to become members. If parents submitted the Parental Consent Form, CLUBAC.COM may use this information to contact the child about CLUBAC.COM and its events, and to request that the child participate in surveys, and to provide information or goods or services (e.g., our newsletter or products). CLUBAC.COM may use this information for internal purposes, and may provide aggregate information to others (e.g., the total number of children visiting the site, or survey information with aggregate data only).
However, CLUBAC.COM will never sell or transfer any personal information about children (or any of its visitors) to any third parties, other than as may be necessary for the limited purpose of providing goods and services, or that may be required by law or to protect legal rights of CLUBAC.COM or others. Nevertheless, for certain activities (such as the chat rooms, bulletin boards, and other interactive features), children may have the opportunity to post information about themselves that others could read.
CLUBAC.COM does not condition participation in any activity for children upon disclosure of more information than is reasonable necessary to participate in such an activity.
Upon request to CLUBAC.COM, parents may review their own child’s personal information, may request to have any personal information about their child deleted, and may withdraw their consent to the collection or use of information about their own children and cancel their membership to CLUBAC.COM.
B. Other Individuals.
For individuals 13 years of age or older, and for children under 13 whose parents have provided consent, CLUBAC.COM may collect certain Personally Identifiable Information about its visitors to better serve their needs (for example, requesting a combination of your name, telephone number, address, and e-mail address in order to communicate with you or send you items you may request, and credit card and other information for the purchase of goods or services you may request).
CLUBAC.COM will not sell or release any Personally Identifiable Information about any of its visitors to any outside parties, unless it may be needed for the limited purpose of providing goods or services, or unless under exceptional circumstances as may be required by law or to protect legal rights. CLUBAC.COM reserves the right to disclose such information in the event that we believe that doing so is necessary to operate the site, or where such disclosure may be required by law, or to protect our rights or the rights of others. CLUBAC.COM may also collect, use and disclose information that is not Personally Identifiable Information (for example, we may keep track of, use and/or disclose aggregate statistics regarding the number of visitors to our website and other information that does not uniquely identify you or your children).
C. Cookies.
A cookie is a piece of information that a web site transfers to the hard drive of your computer when you visit that site. A cookie allows a website to record your comings and goings with respect to that site; it can also allow the site to track which pages on the site you visit, and how often you visit them.

III. Privacy Practices of Third Party Sites and Others.
This site may contain links to other sites. CLUBAC.COM is not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of any linked sites or for the privacy policies or practices of any other third parties. To the extent that you or your children disclose Personally Identifiable Information to any linked sites or other third parties, different rules may apply to their use or disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information that you or your children disclose to them.
IV. Security.
To prevent unauthorized access, and maintain data accuracy and the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. While we cannot guarantee that loss, misuse or alteration to data will not occur, we try to prevent such unfortunate occurrences.
V. Agreement to Terms.
By your use of this site, you hereby agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of information as discussed in this Privacy Policy. CLUBAC.COM reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. If we decide to change the Privacy Policy, we will post any changes on this website.
